Under a Moon of Red

Posted on

She dances under,

A moon of red,

Her hair adorned in flowers.

She magnifies,

The expectancy of,

A God with all known powers.

Her toes touch down,

On leaves of Spring,

She is dressed in graceful glory.

With her voice,

And beauteous form,

She celebrates our God’s story.

And as the night,

Does echo on,

Her body does not tire.

Her movements send,

The message of,

Her one and only desire.

At the end,

Of her masquerade,

Beneath that fire beam light.

She bends her knees,

And bows before,

The creator of the night.
